1. Grab a shake cup, measuring cup and strainer.
2. Fill the shake cup with 2-3 ice cubes.
3. Put 100 ml of Pearl Spring into the shaker cup.
4. Shake vigorously until you no longer hear ice in the shaker cup.
5. Use the strainer when pouring into a cocktail glass.
Pour your shake cup all the way out for the nicest foam layer.
6. This original Pearl Spring with real lavender can be perfectly finished off with a dried lime slice or a lavender sprig.
