Gin & Tonic
Gin & Tonic
This is the ultimate easy cocktail to make as a beginner. Fill a glass with ice, add 50ml of gin, top up with your favourite tonic (our favourite is Mediterranean Tonic Water by Fever-Tree) and garnish with a slice of lime.
- Ingredients:
- 50 ml gin
- Tonic
- Lime slice
2. Rum & Coke
This is a classic combination. Fill a glass with ice, add 50 ml of rum and top off with cola. Garnish with a wedge of lime.

3. Vodka Cranberry
This is a simple and refreshing cocktail. Mix 50 ml of vodka with cranberry juice and add a slice of lime for extra freshness.

4. Mojito
A Mojito is a fresh and minty cocktail that every beginner should make. Using a muddler, crush some mint leaves with sugar and lime juice, add 50 ml of rum and lots of (crushed) ice, and top up with sparkling water.

5. Cosmopolitan
This is a popular cocktail. Mix 40 ml vodka, 15 ml triple sec, 15 ml lime juice and 30 ml cranberry juice in a shaker with ice. Shake and then strain into a martini glass.

- 15 ml lime juice
- 30 ml cranberry juice
6. Whiskey Sour
A Whiskey Sour is a balanced mix of sour and sweet. Mix 50 ml whiskey, 20 ml lemon juice and 10 ml sugar syrup with ice. Add the egg white to the glass and shake the cocktail well to create a head of foam. Pour out (with strainer) into a glass with ice. Want to make this cocktail vegan? Then use aqua faba (chickpea protein) as an alternative to the animal protein.

- 50 ml whiskey
- 20 ml lemon juice
- 10 ml sugar syrup
- Egg white from 1 egg (or 1 tablespoon of aqua faba)
7. Aperol Spritz
Aperol Spritz is the perfect summer drink. The drink has come over from Italy, where it is the most popular aperitif. Fill a glass with ice, add 60 ml Aperol, 90 ml prosecco and a splash of sparkling water. Garnish with an orange slice.

8. Espresso Martini
This is a cocktail for the coffee lover. Mix 50 ml of vodka, 30 ml of espresso and 10 ml of coffee liqueur in a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a martini glass.

- 10 ml coffee liqueur

9. Daiquiri

10. Pornstar Martini

Strain into a martini glass, garnish with half a passion fruit on top and serve with a shot of prosecco on the side.
